Powder Blue Puppy Coord (パウダーブルーパピーコーデ) is a rare coord made by the cute brand Sugar Melody. It debuted in Part 2 of the promotional collection of the Data Carddass Aikatsu Friends! series and did not appear in the anime. It shares its design with the Powder Pink Puppy Coord.

Description
Powder Blue Puppy Top
A mint-colored shirt with puffed sleeves. It has white stripes on the mint-colored parts. Around the neckline is ruffled dark blue fabric with white dots, and on one side is a red heart trimmed with gold that has a short pale blue ribbon sticking out from either end. The sleeves are puffed. The puffed bits are trimmed with gold and pink flowers, and the very end of the sleeve is dark blue with white dots. The center of the shirt is white with alternating red and yellow bows down the center, and the center is trimmed with pink. The shirt gets wider after the third bow, and a short distance down it becomes pale yellow with two lavender flowers next to the pink trim for the center. The bottom is also trimmed with pink. The gloves are white with a pink ruffled trim and small red bows on top, and the chocker is pale blue with a pale blue bow centered with a yellow circle with a dot of yellow inside.
Powder Blue Puppy Skirt
A mint green skirt with thin white stripes. The waistband and inner layer of fabric are dark blue with white dots. The outer layer of fabric is mint green with thin white stripes and has two pale blue bows centered with a white circle with a yellow circle in the center. The bottom of the outermost layer has pale yellow half-circles with three flowers on top. On the edges are small white flowers connecting each other with a thin white line. Above that are alternating pictures of puppies and small red hearts.
Powder Blue Puppy Shoes
Mint green pumps striped with very thin white strips. Each shoe has a small red heart and a band around where the upper leg would be. In the center on the front is a white circle with a yellow circle in the center. The back of each shoe has a pale blue ribbon. One shoe has a tall white sock with a ruffled end. Right beneath that is a red ribbon, and beneath that is two strings of beads.
Powder Blue Puppy Headband
A jungle green headband with a strip of mint-colored, striped fabric that is lined with pale-leaf green frills laid on top of the headband. A pale pink bow with floral prints that also has a daisy sewn to its center is attached on the left side of the headband. Comes with a pair of bright yellow bow earrings, a hot pink, heart-shaped gem bordered in gold with a golden music note in its center attached to the bow by gold pearls.
